Pre-Construction Site Preparation

A qualified roof foundation is the premise of stable installation. Before construction, the on-site team strictly checks the roof purlin structure to ensure all purlins are level, firmly fixed, and arranged with standardized spacing. Meanwhile, the construction surface is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, debris and floating impurities, keeping the base dry and flat. All construction tools and special supporting accessories are inspected in advance to ensure smooth on-site operation.

🔧 Standard On-Site Installation Process

The whole construction process of UPVC roof tiles is efficient and standardized, with low technical threshold and short construction cycle compared with traditional clay tiles and iron tiles.

1. Accurate Measuring & Custom Cutting

According to the actual roof area, slope and special nodes such as windows, ventilation openings and wall corners, workers conduct on-site precise measurement. UPVC tiles can be cut freely with professional tools without complicated equipment, which perfectly adapts to irregular roof structures and avoids material waste.

2. Sequential Laying & Standard Overlap

Construction starts from the eaves (bottom of the roof) and proceeds upward to the ridge, following the principle of laying against the prevailing wind direction. The tiles adopt scientific overlapping laying: reasonable horizontal and vertical overlapping widths effectively block rainwater penetration. The eave is reserved with a standard drip distance to ensure smooth water drainage and avoid water backflow.

3. Firm Fastening & Anti-Wind Fixing

Special anti-rust self-drilling screws are used for fixing, and all fasteners are installed on the wave crests of the tiles instead of the water flow grooves. The spacing of fixing parts is implemented in strict accordance with construction standards to ensure uniform stress of the roof tiles, effectively resist strong wind lifting, and improve the overall stability of the roof.

4. Detailed Sealing & Auxiliary Installation

For key nodes such as roof ridges, side edges, gutters and pipe penetrating parts, matching UPVC special accessories are used for auxiliary closing. Waterproof sealant is applied at all overlapping joints and gaps to strengthen the overall waterproof and weatherproof performance, realizing fully enclosed protection of the roof.
